Inceptio seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Fremont, CA.

 

Duties: Build the cloud native platform on the cloud or in-house from scratch; Practice Infrastructure as Code to automate cloud infrastructure; Build CI/CD pipelines for both infrastructure and dev team; Help maintain site reliability and develop backup and recovery mechanism; and Build metrics, logging, monitoring, profiling and introspection tools to support the rapidly changing R&D environment.

 

Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Additionally, position requires 4 years of experience in the following: (1) hands-on experience with one of the public cloud Platform such as AWS, GCP or Azure, preferably compute-related services; (2) experience building and using log aggregation and distributed Monitoring tools (Splunk, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, etc.); (3) experience using cloud orchestration tools such as Terraform/Cloud formation, packer, ansible, etc.; (4) experience using C++/Go/Python in development and design; and (5) experience with Network and security for large scale deployments.
